TWICE DAILY MAID SERVICE
Maids tend to the suites twice daily to ensure the utmost cleanliness. This includes a complimentary turn-down service.
Laundry and dry-cleaning is available to guests seven days a week (additional charge applies).
We will contact you before your stay to offer you a choice of welcome amenities including a surprise sweet, savoury or healthy snack in your room on arrival, mineral water and a newspaper.
We provide two types of pillows in your room. Both are made of 100% cotton cambric cover filled with hypoallergenic Microfiber Combination Fill. One type is soft and the second type is firm. We are happy to provide additional or alternative pillows including ergonomic, orthopedic or soft white duck feather filled pillows.
If you need a little help putting together a new look for a special occasion or perhaps you simply need a bit of inspiration for the perfect gift, or expertise in selecting the finest food and wine for a dinner party in your suite, our Guest Relations team can arrange personal shopping and tastings at London’s renowned department stores Fortnum & Mason, Harrods, Selfridges and Harvey Nichols.
Even before you arrive at Plaza on the River, rest assured that your needs will be taken care of. Guest Relations can pre-order your groceries from our quality suppliers including specialist stores such as Fortnum & Mason’s to high street stores such as Waitrose, to ensure your fridge is stocked with your preferred products.

Our new state-of-the-art fitness centre is located on the hotel’s first floor, with a range of cardio-vascular and weight-resistance machines. The heated indoor pool features natural daylight and measures 12 metres by 2.5 metres (1.2 metres deep).
