Chino Latino Brasserie, Bar & Lounge is a beautifully designed modern restaurant serving your favourite Asian and Mediterranean dishes.
The design of the brasserie combines modern finishes with white, natural granite slabs and illuminated floors. This is offset by warm orange and cool grey panels and a wine cellar in full view for guests to admire. There is a distinct modern Asian feel in the design with the use of screens and partitions, creating a really romantic but slightly mysterious atmosphere.
On arrival guests are enticed by the homely smell of freshly baked bread generated from our bakery ovens. Before entering the brasserie, guests can indulge in cured meats, olives and cheeses with crusty baked bread and olive oil.
Chino Latino Brasserie, Bar & Lounge includes regional sakes and Japanese beers as well as a careful selection of modern eclectic wines with a large number being offered by the glass. A selection of wines has been purposely chosen to match some of our signature dishes, enabling guests to experiment with matching food with wine.
