Guest Relations can pre-order your groceries from our quality suppliers including specialist stores such as Fortnum & Mason’s to high street stores such as Waitrose, to ensure your fridge is stocked with your preferred products.
If you need a little help putting together a new look for a special occasion or perhaps you simply need a bit of inspiration for the perfect gift, or expertise in selecting the finest food and wine for a dinner party in your suite, our Guest Relations team can arrange personal shopping and tastings at London’s renowned department stores Fortnum & Mason, Harrods, Selfridges and Harvey Nichols.

Plaza on the River has teamed up with In Room Spa to offer guests spa services including facials, massages and other body treatments. Simply contact Reception prior to arrival or during your stay to book a treatment, and your therapist will come to your room at your convenience.
